When can I select my cabin?

After deposit is received, you will be contacted with a deck plan and the cabins available by category.

You will then select your cabin of preference by the congress rate you selected, subject to availability.

Will there be any pre or post congress events?

Several pre & post tours are under development focusing on the 250th Anniversary of the USA.

A pre-sail gathering is planned for the evening prior to departure. This will be an option with a seperate fee.

What is the payment schedule for the Congress?

To reserve your spot for NASC 2026, a per-person pre-registration deposit is required.


Deposit amounts are determined by the pricing stage in effect at the time your deposit is submitted… (Early Bird, Standard, or Late), as outlined in the official NASC 2026 Pricing Table.

After full registration opens in early summer 2025, you will be invited to:

  • Select your stateroom, and
  • Make an additional payment toward your remaining balance.

Each pricing stage carries a corresponding balance payment deadline. If a balance is not paid by the applicable deadline, pricing may be adjusted based on the pricing stage in effect at the time payment is made.


The NASC 2026 Pricing Table and Terms are the authoritative sources for all deposit amounts, pricing periods, and payment deadlines.

Detailed balance payment instructions and reminders will be provided in advance of each applicable deadline.

Do I need travel insurance for NASC 2026?

While travel insurance isn’t required, it’s strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions. What Happens After I Register?

Once you've completed your NASC 2026 registration and selected your stateroom, your name will be added to the passenger manifest we submit to Royal Caribbean. Closer to the sail date, the cruise line will contact you directly to collect required information such as your passport number, date of birth, and emergency contacts.

They’ll also provide access to your personal cruise account, where you can add optional items such as drink packages, and other incidentals not included in your congress package.

We’ll guide you through every step—and Royal Caribbean will ensure you’re fully set up for smooth sailing.

Newark Liberty International Airport is the closest to Cape Liberty cruise terminal in Bayonne, NJ. Driving distance: 9 Miles 20-30 minutes.

Is there parking at the Cruise Terminal?

A safe and secure parking facility is conveniently located adjacent to the cruise terminal. During peak season additional over flow lots are on site, free shuttle service will be provided.

What time is check-in open at the Cruise Terminal?

All passengers should arrive at the time indicated on their sailing documents posted by their cruise line. Due to security restrictions, only ticketed passengers will be allowed in the terminal building.

ALL sailing passengers must arrive at least 90 minutes prior to the ship’s scheduled departure time. Late arriving passengers will be denied entry to the terminal and will not be allowed to sail on their cruise.

Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages on the ship?

On embarkation day, each guest of drinking age may bring one (1) sealed 750 ml bottle of wine or champagne. Boxed wine and other containers are prohibited. Guests who purchase alcohol bottles onboard, in a port-of-call, or bring more than the one permitted bottle on boarding day, will have their items safely stored by the ship. These bottles will be returned on the last day onboard for enjoyment once home.

What travel documents to have to have with me?

A valid Passport is recommended. For travelers not form the USA it is recommend that you consult with Bermuda Immigration at www.gov.bm/bermuda-entry-visas

Is there a way to connect with another Skålleague to share a stateroom?

Yes. The Stateroom Connection Program allows members to privately express interest in sharing a stateroom. If you’d like to participate, please visit Stateroom Connection to submit your information. All details are kept confidential and used only by the organizing team to facilitate introductions when appropriate.

Is there a Dress Code On-Ship

The dress code for the ship is casual. In the dining room, typically a sport jacket for men (no ties required).

For the meetings it will generally be business casual unless otherwise noted.
