REGISTRATION AND PRICING OVERVIEW

NASC 2026 offers three registration pricing periods based on your payment timing:

  • Early Bird Pricing
Available from April 28, 2025 through 11:59 PM EST on May 3, 2025.
Offers the lowest available price to encourage early commitment and support host club planning and cash flow. Early Bird pre-deposits and balances must be completed by the specified cut-off to maintain this pricing.
  • Regular Pricing
Begins Sunday, May 4, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and continues through January 31, 2026.
Standard Congress pricing applies during this window.
  • Late Pricing
Begins February 1, 2026 and runs until final availability closes.
Due to limited inventory and logistical surcharges, Late Pricing requires full payment at the time of registration.

Please note: NASC 2026 organizers reserve the right to extend or adjust pricing period deadlines at their sole discretion.

PRICING RULES

EARLY BIRD
Guarantees the lowest price if the balance is paid by the stated cut-off date.

  • REGULAR PRICE
Payments made after the Early Bird period but before the Regular Price cut-off will be charged the regular price if the balance is paid by the stated deadline.
  • LATE PRICE
Full payment is required at the time of registration from the start of the Late Pricing period forward.
  • LATE PAYMENTS
Any late payments (full or partial) will trigger a recalculation based on the latest available congress price at the time of payment.
(Example: If you made an Early Bird deposit but delay your balance payment until Late Pricing begins, your balance will be recalculated at the Late Price.)
  • PRICING STAGES AND COMPANION DEPOSITS
    • NASC 2026 registration is based on three pricing stages detailed above: Early Bird, Standard, and Late.
    • Every person added to a cabin (primary registrant or companion) must have a deposit on file.
    • Deposits are tied to the pricing stage in effect at the time the deposit is made.
      • Early Bird: $249 deposit per person
      • Standard: $349 deposit per person
      • Late: $449 deposit per person
    • If a companion is added after the Early Bird period closes, they must either:
      • use a transferred Early Bird deposit ($249) purchased from another member, or
      • pay the current deposit amount for the applicable stage (Standard or Late).
    • All individuals in a cabin pay the established rate for their pricing stage (Skål bundle or companion rate), regardless of whether they participate in Congress programming.
  • DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS
Any balance of registration fees not paid in full at least 14 days prior to the congress start date will be subject to a $50 administrative fee for collection efforts.
  • DISPUTES
Recorded transaction dates will serve as the final determination in resolving all pricing or payment disputes.

All pricing listed on the NASC 2026 website reflects the most up-to-date and accurate information available. If there is a discrepancy between the price charged on the registration platform and the price shown on the website, the price shown on the website will prevail. (detailed above)

PAYMENT TIMING AND CONDITIONS

Deposits for Individuals or Groups
Deposits can be made at any time up to the end of the Regular Price period.
Deposits may be submitted for:

  • Individuals (For Myself Only)
  • Couples (For Myself and a Companion)
  • Two Delegates (For Myself and a Companion – Split Payment)
  • Unassigned Deposits for Clubs or National Committees (covering between 1 and 20 Skål members)

Important: When a Club or National Committee coordinator is ready to assign these deposits to specific members, he/she must promptly contact the Congress Registration Coordinator to request the transfer.

The Congress Coordinator will then allocate each deposit to the designated members who will be attending the congress.

Each participating member will then be responsible for completing their own registration, as well as their Companion’s registration, if applicable.

Late Payments
Any outstanding balance paid after a designated pricing period cut-off will result in the price being adjusted to the next active pricing level.

Transfers of Registration/Deposits
Deposits may be transferred to another delegate without penalty up to the end of the Regular Price period.
Transfers made during the Late Price period will incur a $50 administrative fee.

Delinquent Accounts
All registration fees must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the congress. Failure to do so will result in a $50 administrative fee.

Disputes
Official transaction records maintained by NASC 2026 will determine the outcome of any pricing or payment-related disputes.

PROCESSING FEES

An administrative fee of 3.5% will be applied for all automated transactions. Manually processed transactions are subject to a 3.9% administrative fee.

If there is a discrepancy between the amount charged on a credit card and the amount shown on the website, prices on the website will prevail.

PRIZES

Prizes are donated or arranged with sponsors and are awarded as offered. All prizes have no cash value and may not be redeemed for currency, resold, or exchanged. If a prize is declined or unclaimed, NASC 2026 reserves the right to select an alternate winner or repurpose the prize at its discretion.

If a prize is donated to a Skål Club, the Club may use the prize in a membership fundraising activity, but no financial transaction may occur directly between the original prize recipient and the Club or third party.

Drawings Terms:
All drawings are conducted at the sole discretion of NASC 2026. Eligibility is based on the completion of required actions as described in each promotion (e.g., deposits, registrations, etc.). Entries are tracked by NASC 2026 and verified prior to the drawing.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the stated deadlines. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during registration.

By entering a drawing, participants agree to abide by these terms and all decisions made by NASC 2026, which are final. NASC 2026 is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

DEPOSITS AND REFUND POLICY

Please note: Deposits are nonrefundable. The deposit (or equivalent portion of any full payment) is nonrefundable. These funds cover pre-congress administrative and out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the host club—costs that exist regardless of attendance or cancellation. This structure helps protect the host club from significant financial loss due to unexpected drops in participation or event cancellation. However, you may transfer or resell your registration to another participant if needed.

Refunds apply only to the balance remaining after your deposit.

Refunds will be issued as follows:

  • Cancellations received between March 4 – April 2, 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received between April 3 – May 2, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
  • The exception is if there is a medical situation with written documentation provided by a professional licensed caregiver.
  • Cancellation without valid reason during the LATE PERIOD will be subject to an additional $100 administration fee at the discretion of the Host
    Club.
  • Funds may also be withheld to pay nonrefundable payments or guarantees with vendors.
  • Refunds will not be made for any registrant who does not attend and, therefore, qualifies as a “NO SHOW.”
  • No refunds will be made for any component included in the Congress package but not used.

Deposits are required for each individual in a cabin, including companions, and must align with the pricing stage in effect (Early Bird, Standard, or Late).

STATEROOM SELECTION

Stateroom selection is available only for cabins currently held in the NASC 2026 group inventory. This inventory is limited and subject to change at any time based on availability from Royal Caribbean International. Staterooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until your deposit is received and processed.

All attendees must select their stateroom using the official NASC 2026 registration portal. Staterooms are not considered confirmed until the selection is completed through the portal and payment is received.

If your preferred stateroom category is no longer available at the time of selection or payment, it is your responsibility to contact the NASC 2026 team to explore available alternatives. We will do our best to offer options of equal or similar value whenever possible.

Once a stateroom has been selected and confirmed, any request to change your stateroom will incur a $100 administrative fee, subject to availability and approval by the NASC 2026 team.

Attendees are responsible for reviewing stateroom layouts and features in advance. Room locations, layouts, and amenities may vary slightly from online representations. Final stateroom assignments are subject to confirmation by the cruise line and may be modified based on ship operations or other logistical needs beyond the control of the NASC 2026 organizing team.

STATEROOM CONNECTION PROGRAM

Participation in the Stateroom Connection is voluntary and provided solely as a courtesy to NASC 2026 attendees. The organizing team’s role is limited to facilitating introductions between members who express mutual interest in sharing accommodations. NASC 2026, Skål International USA, Skål International New York, and their partners do not verify, endorse, or guarantee compatibility, preferences, or financial reliability.

All arrangements are made directly between participants. The organizing entities are not responsible for any disputes, misunderstandings, or costs arising from shared accommodation. Submission of the Stateroom Connection form indicates agreement to these terms.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE

It is strongly recommended that you purchase appropriate travel insurance to protect your investment. NASC 2026 does not sell or administer insurance coverage directly, but we have arranged access to discounted policies through a preferred third-party provider for the convenience of our attendees.

Participation in any such program is entirely voluntary and subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party insurer. NASC 2026 and its organizing partners assume no responsibility for policy coverage, eligibility, claims, or disputes.
