NASC 2026 Registration Instructions
Welcome aboard the Skål USA 150th Anniversary Congress — sailing from New York City to Bermuda in May 2026!
For 2026, we’ve made major improvements to make your experience smoother and more enjoyable — from a more intuitive registration process, to new stateroom selection, to an overall better user experience.
Registration happens in three independent stages:
- Pre-Deposit – Secures the current pricing period and lets you indicate your preferred stateroom category.
- Reservation & Stateroom Selection – Completes your registration, confirms your category, and locks in your specific cabin.
- Final Balance & Ongoing Updates – Covers any remaining payments and keeps you informed with important announcements and reminders through 2025 and into 2026.
Make Your Non-Refundable Pre-Deposit
- Click the Registration menu, then Deposit, and complete all of the requested information
- You’ll be able to indicate your preferred stateroom category (Oceanview, Balcony, Suite, etc.), with your actual cabin number chosen in Stage 2. This step locks in the current pricing period shown on our Pricing Table.
Why Book Early?
Pricing increases automatically when a period ends. Booking now locks in your rate and keeps more options available when it’s time to choose your cabin.
When you’re ready to complete your registration and select your actual stateroom:
1. Go to: Registration > Register & Pay
2. Log In
- Enter your Skål member ID to receive a personal login code by email (if you don’t know your Skål ID, use the form on this page to have it sent to you via email).
- Once you enter your Skål ID, a special code will be sent to your email. Enter this code to continue with the process.
You’ll see the seven registration tabs:
Main Registrant
- Three sections: General Info, Club Info, and Badge Info.
- In General Info, remember to select your country code for phone numbers.
- In Club Info, enter either your 9-digit Skål ID (Old No.) or your 13-digit Skål ID (New No.).
- In Badge Info, leave the Note field blank unless you want to add something like the year you served as club or national president.
Company Address
- Enter or confirm your professional contact details.
Companions
- Each companion must have a unique email and phone address different from yours.
Stateroom Selection
- Select the number of persons in your cabin. For 3–4 person cabins, email doyonsj@gmail.com.
- Choose your stateroom category — links to descriptions and pricing appear below the dropdown menu.
- For deck plans, click the separate link below the dropdown menu.
- Pick your stateroom number. Your selection will be lost if you do not pay the minimum $749 deposit or your balance at the end of the session.
Notes & Other Info
- Enter dietary needs, allergies, disabilities, accessibility requirements, or other special notes for the Congress administrators.
Congress Participation
- Select your planned participation in Congress activities.
Payment
You can choose to pay your balance in full or make the MINIMUM $749 incremental deposit (provided the pre-deposit (Stage 1, above) has already been made.)
If you don’t want to pay for your companion with the same card, use the Pay for this participant button; otherwise, use the Pay Now button at the top.
Payments are processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.
All balances must be paid before the deadlines shown in the Pricing Table to avoid being moved to a higher pricing category.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
If you still have a balance after completing Stage 2, you will receive periodic reminders and announcements throughout the remainder of 2025 and into 2026. These will:
- Notify you of upcoming payment deadlines.
- Highlight any changes in pricing periods.
- Share important Congress updates, event details, and travel information.
💡 Tip: Paying your balance early not only avoids last-minute deadlines, it also ensures your registration is fully confirmed well before the Congress.
